WALLFLOWERS: Sights & Sounds of Singapore

A multi-disciplinary project encouraging people in Singapore to rediscover the beauty of their environments and daily life.

About Wallflowers ‘Art Objects and Installations’

In each video, viewers are invited to spot the art installations and art objects, specially created by local visual artist - Elisa Liu. The artworks are made on found objects unique to each location.

Familiar objects that we often overlook are given a pop of colour, almost like they are beckoning viewers to not miss them. An upturned flower pot at a heartland corridor, washed-up trash littered in our nature reserve, beer bottles left in lonely corners. These painted objects lend a poetic license to the videos, a reminder to viewers to notice life's passing moments.
